I can see huge crowd beside the Friends dhaba at NH9, as assumed it was a road accident. Quite a common sight nowadays. I was curious on one side and hurry on the other. I was getting late to office but went to hear what happened there, heard one guy nursing the wounds of the victim.
He probably fell from his bike. Like others i too sympathized with the victim. Cursed the government for bad condition of roads as he fell down due to a pothole on the road. Before my sympathy could grow more on the victim, I recognized him.
I smiled and felt happy !! I confirmed to myself that he deserved this.
Few mins back this victim hit a youngster on the road infront of the youngster's family...
I said, he deserved this.
I was leaving disheartened, to waste few moments of my life in emphathizing a wrong guy
Suddenly I heard a cry from an Old man.."God, why do u always punish the good people". Surprised and shocked wanted to know more. The old man continued, two arrogant youngsters hit me with a bike and all my groceries were lost. This person helped me by punishing the persons and helped me in re-arranging my groceries. Even Now, he is taking me to my village and that nasty driver came in the wrong direction and we fell down
I was dumb, speechless didnot know what to say !!!
Came to office with a different state of mind...
We always build relations, make assumptions, seeing things from one side which maynot be a fact !!
